OVERVIEW

What is QUVIAI Render for SketchUp?

QUVIAI Render is a free extension that brings QUVIAI’s AI rendering into SketchUp. Instead of setting up materials, lights and a render engine, you set up the camera you want, describe the materials and mood in a sentence, and the extension sends the current view to QUVIAI and returns a photorealistic image.

Because the AI keeps the massing and the camera of your view, even an untextured massing model can become a presentation image. The same panel can also generate 3D objects — furniture, planters, props — from a text prompt or a reference image and import them into the model.

  3. Choose render settings

Select exterior, interior or site, day or night, and the weather.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the QUVIAI Render extension for SketchUp free?

Yes. The extension is free to install. Renders and 3D objects use QUVIAI credits — 2 credits per render and 10 per 3D object — and every account gets free daily credits.

Do I need a separate render engine?

No. The render is generated by QUVIAI in the cloud from your current view, so no render engine, render settings or powerful graphics card are needed.

Does it work with untextured models?

Yes. The prompt decides the materials, so a white massing model can be rendered with realistic facades, glazing and landscaping.

Will the AI change my design?

It keeps the massing, camera and main openings of your view. Small details can shift, so review each render before sharing it with a client.

Where do I find the panel after installing?

Open it from Extensions › QUVIAI › Open Panel.
