Terms of Paid Service

These Terms of Paid Service supplement our Terms of Service and apply to purchases of credits in Ombravel. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

1. Credits

Ombravel uses a credit system. Generating content consumes credits. New accounts receive a one-time bonus of free credits. Additional credits are sold as one-time consumable packs (for example, 30, 100, or 250 credits).

2. Purchases and payment

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Payment is collected by Apple or Google; we do not receive or store your payment card or bank details. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region and over time.

3. Consumable, one-time purchases

Credit packs are consumable one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel or renew. Once credits are added to your balance, they are available for use immediately.

4. No expiry

Purchased and bonus credits do not expire. They remain available in your account until used or until your account is deleted.

5. Refunds

5.1 Our policy. Because credits are delivered and usable immediately, purchases are non-refundable, except where refunds are required by mandatory applicable law.

5.2 Store refunds. Apple and Google may issue refunds under their own policies, which we do not control. If a purchase is refunded, charged back, or voided, we may revoke the corresponding credits (including setting your balance accordingly) and may suspend accounts that abuse refunds.

5.3 Failed generations. If a generation fails after credits were deducted, those credits are automatically refunded to your balance. This is separate from a monetary refund.

6. EU/EEA/UK consumers — immediate performance

By purchasing credits and using them, you request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

7. Price changes

We may change prices and the contents of credit packs at any time. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.

8. Taxes

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your region, as determined and collected by Apple or Google.

9. Account termination and credits

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service, any remaining credits are forfeited and no refund is due, to the extent permitted by law.
