Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to delete your Ombravel account and the data associated with it. Ombravel is a product of QUICK VISION STUDIOS YAZILIM TASARIM BİLİŞİM İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Ankara, Turkey).

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open Ombravel and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By request

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent — it cannot be undone, and there is no grace period. We remove:

• Your account and profile
• Your credit balance and credit transaction records
• Videos and images you generated
• Images you uploaded
• Associated files in our storage
• Internal processing records that hold your prompts and uploaded images

Your active sessions are also invalidated.

What we keep, and why

After deletion, we retain only the following, for the limited purposes stated:

• An irreversible (hashed) form of your email address — kept solely to prevent abuse of one-time sign-up bonuses. It cannot be reversed to recover your email or used to contact you.
• Safety records — if you submitted a content report, that report may be retained for security and integrity.
• Technical logs and backups — may persist for a limited period under normal rotation.
• Payment records — held by Apple and Google under their own policies; we do not control their retention.

How long it takes

Account and data deletion is processed immediately when you confirm it in the app. For email requests, we act as soon as we have verified your request.
