Moonfort: Tower Defense — Terms of Use

Last updated:

These terms apply to the mobile game Moonfort: Tower Defense ("the game"), published by Quick Vision Studios ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.

If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where these terms and the store's terms conflict, the store's terms apply.

1. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or redistribute the game. You may not reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows this. You may not use cheats, bots or modified versions to gain an advantage.

2. Virtual items and purchases

  • The game contains virtual items such as gears, sugar, boosters and toy looks. Some can be earned by playing and some can be bought.
  • Virtual items have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person or sold.
  • Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from, in line with its refund policy and your legal rights.
  • "Remove ads" turns off ads between levels. Optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch stay available.
  • If you lose your device or reset your data, progress saved only on the device cannot be recovered. Non-consumable purchases such as "Remove ads" can be restored through the store with Restore purchases.

3. Ads

The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. How ads use data is described in our Privacy Policy: https://quvi.ai/moonfort/privacy

4. Content updates and availability

We may change, add or remove levels, toys, prices or features, and we may update the game over the internet. We try to keep the game available, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may stop offering the game in the future.

5. Ownership

The game, its characters, art, music, code and names belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

7. Children

The game is made for all ages. Children should get permission from a parent or guardian before making purchases. Parents can require approval for purchases in Google Play and the App Store. Our Privacy Policy explains how the game protects children's privacy.

8. Ending the licence

You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. If you seriously break these terms, we may end your licence.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated terms.
